Information we collect
We collect the name, email, optional phone number and message you submit, plus account and profile information. Our sign-in service handles passwords or Google sign-in information. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and error logs.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, manage accounts, provide requested assistance and protect the website against misuse. Sending an inquiry does not purchase an annuity.
Who can access it
Authorized Hayvix staff can access inquiries. Service providers process information to host the site, store records and support sign-in. Google’s own privacy policy applies when you use Google sign-in. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights.
Storage and security
Browser storage keeps your sign-in session active. The site does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. We use access controls to protect records, but no system is completely secure. We retain information for the purposes described here and applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations.
Your choices
You can browse rates without an account, leave optional form fields blank and update your profile. To request access, correction or deletion of your information, call (305) 720-5242. We may verify your identity; legal recordkeeping obligations may limit deletion. The site is intended for adults, not children under 13.
